Jerome J. Schlichter
Jerry is founding and managing partner of the firm. He has been repeatedly elected by his peers for inclusion in "Best Lawyers in America" and is listed again in the 2016 edition. Jerry has been Designated Legal Counsel for the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers for many years and is currently Designated Legal Counsel for the United Transportation Union. He has represented railroad workers in trials in many states and has had record-setting jury verdicts in numerous jurisdictions, both in railroad and other personal injury cases. Throughout his career, he has also handled major precedent-setting class action and mass tort cases on behalf of individuals. He currently represents employees and retirees of large companies with claims of excessive fees in their retirement plans.
Roger C. Denton
Roger has spent his entire 32 year career representing seriously injured individuals, including railroad employees and victims of dangerous products and defective pharmaceutical drugs. He has litigated cases in more than a dozen states, both in state and federal courts. His national reputation as a leader in pharmaceutical litigations includes Pradaxa anticoagulant products; Yasmin, Yaz and Ocello contraceptive products; NuvaRing contraceptives; Gadolinium-based contrast agents; and the Ortho Evra contraceptive patch, among others. Roger has also represented hundreds of injured railroad workers and appeared before the United States Supreme Court.
Nelson G. Wolff
Nelson is a partner of the firm. He represents railroad and maritime employees in personal injury and death cases under the FELA and Jones Act. He also represents numerous employees of large corporations in claims brought under ERISA arising from mismanagement of 401k retirement plans. Nelson has been serving on the Board of Governors of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys since 2004. He has been elected again by his peers for inclusion in "Best Lawyers in America" for 2016.
Kristine K. Kraft
Kris is a partner of the firm. She focuses on representing people injured by pharmaceutical products and serves on the Board of Governors for the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys. She has also been selected for inclusion in the “Honors Edition” of the Cambridge “Who’s Who Among Executive and Professional Women” for 2008-2011.
