Ethan Hatch

Lawyer Ethan HatchEthan is an associate who represents clients in complex litigation, including national ERISA 401(k) class actions and personal injury claims brought under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act.

In law school, Ethan served on the Executive Board of the Washington University Law Review as an Articles Editor and won first place in the ABA’s Negotiation Competition. During law school, Ethan achieved several academic distinctions, including the Honor Scholar Award, the Dean’s List Award, and two CALI Awards for Future Legal Excellence. In his third year, he took part in the Criminal Justice Clinic, gaining invaluable courtroom experience while representing indigent clients at various stages in criminal proceedings. Ethan currently serves as a Board Member-At-Large for the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, Young Lawyers Division 2016-2018 and as Chairman, Read Across America 2016-2018.

In May 2018, Ethan was presented with the Award of Merit from the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (“BAMSL”) for contributions and service as a two-year board member of the Young Lawyers’ Division of BAMSL and Chair of the Read Across America Program.

In his free time Ethan enjoys playing sports, camping, and spending time with his nieces and nephews.
