Matthew Layden

Matthew focuses his practice on prosecuting complex class actions in courts throughout the country. He has experience in a diverse range of subject matters, including class action litigation, constitutional law, securities law, the law of fiduciary breach, and retirement litigation.

Prior to joining Schlichter Bogard & Denton, Matthew served as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles B. Kornmann on the United States District Court for the District of South Dakota.

In his spare time, Matthew enjoys rock climbing, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.
