ADP 401(k) Plan Participants Represented by Schlichter Bogard Secure Class Certification
As reported by Law360, a U.S. District Judge has certified a class of approximately 50,000 participants of the ADP TotalSource Retirement Savings Plan represented by Schlichter Bogard and appointed the Firm as class counsel.
The Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) suit alleges that ADP violated its fiduciary duty and mismanaged the workers’ $7.8 billion retirement plan, resulting in losses to the plan participants.
