Patrick Kutz

Patrick focuses his practice on Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and other complex litigation. He has worked on over a dozen complex ERISA lawsuits through all stages of litigation, including multiple week trials throughout the country.

Patrick graduated in 2009 from the University of Tulsa with honors where he studied history and legal thought, and was a National Merit Presidential Scholar. He attended the University of Missouri School of Law where he was an associate managing editor of Law Review, a member of the National Order of the Scribes, and studied abroad in South Africa.

Prior to joining the firm, Patrick practiced as a criminal defense attorney where he gained extensive experience in felony jury and bench trials and argued in front of the Missouri Supreme Court.

In his free time, Patrick enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and serving as a board member for Friends of Francis Park.
