Rachel Berger

Rachel has dedicated her career to fighting on behalf of injured plaintiffs. She is a member of Schlichter Bogard’s complex litigation team and represents clients in complex litigation and environmental matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Rachel practiced with another highly regarded plaintiffs law firm, representing injured investors in securities class action lawsuits and securing significant recoveries on their behalf.

Rachel attended Fordham University School of Law, where she was a recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award.
