Alex Braitberg
Alex represents clients in complex high-stakes cases in courts around the country, focusing his practice on data privacy and financial litigation. He has extensive experience in toxic exposure, product liability, ERISA, privacy, and consumer protection cases, and has obtained substantial results for his clients in a broad range of matters, including obtaining record-breaking multi-million-dollar settlements in retirement plan cases, and achieving groundbreaking decisions in biometric privacy litigation.
Alex was named a Missouri/Kansas SuperLawyers® Rising Star each year from 2019 through 2023, and has been included in each edition of the Best Lawyers in America® since 2020. In his free time, Alex enjoys playing the saxophone and spending time with his family.
