Sean Milford

Sean works primarily on behalf of clients in ERISA cases and other complex litigation matters. He has experience in all stages of litigation, from initial discovery review through depositions, briefing, and trial. Prior to joining Schlichter Bogard, Sean worked as a public defender in St. Louis, where he represented clients charged with all levels of misdemeanor and felony crimes and completed several jury and bench trials.

Sean is a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Law, where he was a Note & Comment Editor of the Missouri Law Review and vice president of the American Constitution Society. While in law school, Sean interned with Legal Services of Eastern Missouri and worked on behalf of the Midwest Innocence Project.

In his spare time, Sean enjoys long walks with his dog, cycling around St. Louis, and canoeing the rivers of Missouri.
