Jerry Schlichter Again Named to Missouri Lawyers Weekly’s “Power 30” in Commercial and Consumer Litigation

Jerry Schlichter was again named to Missouri Lawyers Weekly’s “Power 30” in Commercial and Consumer Litigation. The Power List recognizes top attorneys who lead and influence the Missouri legal community.

In its feature, Missouri Lawyers Weekly credits Mr. Schlichter with “pioneer[ing] claims against employee retirement plans alleged to have charged excessive fees under the federal Employee Retirement Income Security Act [‘ERISA’].” The article lists as accolades a $62 million settlement in 2015 on behalf of Lockheed Martin employees, a $57 settlement for Boeing employees, and a $55 million settlement for ABB employees. The article also recognizes that Jerry has “had two cases reach the U.S. Supreme Court – one in 2015, the other last year – allowing class-actions suits to proceed on such claims.”
