Schlichter Bogard Managing Partner Jerry Schlichter was featured in a recent PlanSponsor article concerning the “meaningful benchmark” pleading standard in retirement plan cases. In the article, titled “Schlichter: Significant Pleading Standard Will Not Slow Lawsuits,” Jerry was quoted as saying that recent appellate authority does not “break[ ] new ground,” and is unlikely to have a major impact on retirement plan litigation.
