Leading Mass Torts Lawyer Holly Nighbert Joins Schlichter Bogard as Partner and Co-Leader of Mass Torts Department
Schlichter Bogard is pleased to welcome Holly Nighbert as a Partner and Co-Leader of the Firm’s Mass Torts practice group.
Holly has extensive experience representing individuals, businesses, and municipalities in large-scale mass tort and multidistrict litigations throughout the country. Prior to joining the Firm, Holly served for several years as a Partner at a national plaintiffs’ firm, where she played a significant role in numerous multidistrict litigations, including litigation related to DePuy Pinnacle hip implants, transvaginal mesh, Taxotere, Invokana, Mirena, Propecia, Wright Medical hip implants, insulin price fixing, hair relaxer products, and social media adolescent addiction, among others. Her work has helped secure more than $1 billion in verdicts and settlements for injured plaintiffs.
Holly holds a J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science, with honors, from Purdue University.
