Holly Nighbert
Holly is a Partner and Co-Leader of the Firm’s Mass Torts Department, one of the Firm’s three primary practice groups. In this role, she co-leads the department’s mass tort litigation, oversees attorneys and staff, and collaborates with Firm leadership to develop strategic plans and identify new opportunities.
Holly has extensive experience in federal multidistrict litigations (MDL) and large-scale mass tort cases, representing individuals, businesses, and municipalities harmed by corporate misconduct, particularly pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers. Prior to joining the Firm, she was a Partner at Simmons Hanly Conroy, where she focused on complex pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, recovering over $1 billion in verdicts and settlements for clients.
