Schlichter Bogard Promotes Two Attorneys to Counsel

Schlichter Bogard & Denton has announced that Alex Braitberg and Scott Gershenson have been promoted to counsel.

Alex is a member of Schlichter Bogard & Denton’s Complex Litigation team. He represents individual clients in class actions and other complex civil cases, including in data privacy, financial, and retirement litigation.

Scott is a member of Schlichter Bogard & Denton’s Railroad, Maritime, and Personal Injury team. He represents injured individuals in civil litigation, including injured railroad workers in cases brought under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act.
