Schlichter Bogard’s Record $12.5 Million Railroad Injury Verdict Becomes Final After U.S. Supreme Court Refuses Review

The United States Supreme Court last week declined to review Schlichter Bogard & Denton’s record $12.5 million jury verdict on behalf of former BNSF employee Michael Bolen.

The verdict is the highest reported jury verdict for a worker against that railroad and is reportedly the largest verdict ever in the County in which the case was tried.  It is now final.
