Jerry Schlichter Receives Influential Lawyer Award from Missouri Lawyers Weekly

Missouri Lawyers Weekly has awarded Schlichter Bogard & Denton managing partner Jerry Schlichter its “Influential Lawyer” award.  The publication recognized Jerry for, among other things, his precedent-setting 401(k) work, and also noted his work on behalf of victims of race- and gender-based discrimination.

In describing the work Jerry has done in excessive-fee 401(k) cases, the paper quoted Yale Law School professor Ian Ayres, who said that “[t]here should be a special place in heaven for the good work Schlichter and his firm have done.”

The award will be presented on January 29, 2016.
