Jake Aubuchon

Jake represents individuals and railroad workers who have suffered traumatic injuries due to someone else’s negligence. Jake has spent his career fighting for the rights of everyday people against corporations and insurance companies. Jake grew up in a union household and takes pride in representing working-class families like the one he grew up in. Jake believes a jury should decide the value of your case, not the railroad or insurance company. He works up every case for trial and only if an offer is fair will he recommend his client accept.

Prior to joining the firm, Jake was a trial lawyer for a local personal injury law firm. He served as an assistant attorney general for the State of Missouri where he prosecuted companies who defrauded innocent victims. He also worked at Legal Services of Eastern Missouri defending low-income consumers from abusive and predatory corporate practices.

Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending time with his wife and sons, trout fishing, golfing, and St. Louis University basketball.
