Kaitlin Minkler
Kaitlin works primarily on behalf of clients in ERISA cases and on other complex litigation matters. Prior to joining Schlichter Bogard, Kaitlin served as a law clerk to U.S. Magistrate Judge Willie J. Epps, Jr. in the Western District of Missouri for two years, and then as a law clerk to U.S. District Judge Stephen R. Bough in the Western District of Missouri for one year.
Kaitlin graduated magna cum laude from Cornell University in 2018 where she majored in Development Sociology and minored in Law and Society and Urban and Regional Studies. She then received her Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law in 2021. During law school, she served as a senior editor on the Washington University Law Review, and earned the Dean’s Service Award for her leadership and service to the St. Louis community. She also spent two summers as a law clerk at the MacArthur Justice Center.
Outside of work, Kaitlin enjoys spending time with her wife, running, playing piano, and baking.
