Schlichter Bogard Reaches Preliminary Settlement on Behalf of Astellas Employees

As reported by Bloomberg Law and Law360, Schlichter Bogard & Denton has reached a preliminary agreement to settle a groundbreaking ERISA class action lawsuit brought on behalf of a class of participants and beneficiaries of the Astellas US Retirement and Savings Plan. The retirement plan at issue collectively has more than 2,967 participants and more than $932 million in assets.
