Schlichter Bogard Reaches Preliminary Settlement on Behalf of University of Southern California Employees
As reported by Bloomberg Law and Law360, Schlichter Bogard & Denton has reached a preliminary agreement to settle a groundbreaking ERISA class action lawsuit brought on behalf of a class of participants and beneficiaries of the University of Southern California Defined Contribution Retirement Plan and the University of Southern California Tax-Deferred Annuity Plan (collectively, the “Plans”). The Plans at issue collectively have more than 42,039 participants and over $3 billion in assets, both individually among the largest defined contribution plans in the country.
