Seasoned Litigator Jason Kempf Joins Schlichter Bogard
Schlichter Bogard is pleased to welcome seasoned litigator Jason Kempf to the Firm.
For more than two decades, Jason has litigated complex commercial and financial disputes in federal and state courts across the country. He brings extensive experience as first-chair trial counsel in high-stakes securities, financial, and other complex civil matters.
Prior to joining Schlichter Bogard, Jason served as Assistant General Counsel at Wells Fargo & Company, where he directed litigation and regulatory matters across one of the nation’s largest wealth and investment management platforms. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Jason was Partner at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, where he worked extensively on complex financial and other matters.
Jason earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law, where he was Note & Comment Editor of the Missouri Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif. He received his B.A. summa cum laude from Truman State University in 2004, where he was Valedictorian.
