Brian Betner

Brian represents railroad employees in personal injury and wrongful death cases under the FELA. He has extensive experience litigating complex matters in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining Schlichter Bogard, Brian worked at a St. Louis defense firm where his practice focused primarily on trucking/transportation, premises liability and general liability matters. He is excited to bring his wealth of experience to now advocate on behalf of injured individuals.

Brian graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law magna cum laude. There, he was a member of the National Moot Court team and was inducted to the Heusler Honor Society. During his undergraduate studies at Loyola University Maryland, Brian was also the proud recipient of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Educational and Cultural Fund Scholarship. In his free time, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, golfing and cheering on his hometown New York sports teams.
