Preliminary Settlement Reached in JUUL Multi-District Litigation in Which Schlichter Bogard Partner Kristine Kraft Serves on Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee

As reported by various sources, Schlichter Bogard & Denton is pleased to report that, after years of hard-fought litigation, a preliminary settlement has been reached in the JUUL multi-district litigation involving personal injury claims, in which Schlichter Bogard & Denton partner Kristine Kraft serves on the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee. The preliminary settlement resolves thousands of lawsuits that were filed on behalf of injured JUUL users.

Kristine served as Co-Chair of the Bellwether Committee for the personal injury cases and also was a member of the Discovery and Expert Committees.
